14 East Germantown Pike, LLC is going before the Whitemarsh Township Planning Commission on November 10th to seek input on a sketch plan for the property at 12 and 14 East Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. The property falls within the Plymouth Meeting Historic District.

In 2019, the developer sought approval through the Zoning Hearing Board for a community of 21 townhomes and the removal of a barn that is on the property (there is also a second structure that would have been kept). That application was denied.

The new sketch plan shows 14 townhomes, converts the barn into a single-family home, and the other structure would be for a homeowner association use. The property falls within the VC-1 Zoning District which allows townhomes as a conditional use.

The developer is not yet seeking the Planning Commission to make a recommendation on the proposal. The ultimate decision for a conditional use approval would be with the Board of Supervisors.
