Last week it was announced that Saint Matthew Parish is seeking a zoning variance to expand its parking lot. The Zoning Hear Board will consider the request on Thursday, September 4th at 7:00 p.m. at the Fellowship House. The notice reads:

The Petitioner is requesting a special exception and variance from the terms of the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance27-703 D and E. The Petitioner proposes to expend a non-conforming parking lot beyond 25%.

Saint Matthew Parish also held a meet and greet on August 13th for neighbors that we did not learn of until after the fact. The flyer for the meet and greet states, “St. Matthews plans to renovate, restore and renew the school property into a vibrant Parish Life Center and Daycare, Early Childhood Center.”
