The Upper Merion Police Department has announced that it is searching for a missing kayaker who entered the Schuylkill River at the Upper Merion Township boathouse at 400 Falls View Drive on Monday, April 29th. The kayaker, identified as 70-year-old Tony Luongo, was reported missing by his friends the following day.
