On August 11th a sink hole formed under the brand new indoor pool at Lifetime Fitness in King of Prussia. Today a sink hole formed near the intersection of Dekalb (202 N) and Shaffer Road, which is also the intersection of Dekalb (202 South) and Mall Boulevard (the blue dot on the image above marks its approximate location).

This sink hole could result in similar traffic issues as those that resulted when a sink hole developed on Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting (right near ramps for 476) in 2015. That one impacted a small bridge and expedited repairs took just under five months.
