Sneak Peek at Southern Cross Kitchen’s Fall Menu

Southern Cross Kitchen will introduce its fall menu on Thursday, August 22nd. has a sneak peek for you (view full menu here).

Pictured at top is Southern Cross Kitchen’s Louisiana Style Seafood Primavera. It features crawfish tails and lump crab meat served over linguine, sautéed squash, okra, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers and a Creole garlic butter sauce.

Pan Fried Catfish with housemade jalapeño cornbread, grilled asparagus, tomato and Cajun crab cream sauce.
