Keystone Property Group’s SORA West, the redevelopment project along lower Fayette Street that has been announced as the future headquarters of AmerisourceBergen, is on the agenda for Conshohocken’s Planning Commission tonight (Thursday, September 13th) at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Borough Hall at West 4th Avenue and Fayette Street.

The topic is “Preliminary/Final Major Subdivision and Land Development: SORA West,” which is a final step before a project can begin construction. The Planning Commission will review the plans and then make a recommendation to Borough Council. At a future meeting Borough Council will vote to give the project the ability to move forward.

So tonight there could be a vote to recommend or not recommend to Borough Council. Borough Council will make the actual decision at a future meeting.
