Coyote Crossing is celebrating the start of summer with a Summer Sensation Party on Thursday, June 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition to kicking off the summer, during the event guests will be able to sample cocktails off Coyote Crossing’s new drink menu. The dress code is beach casual and there will be music and a bunch of giveaways.

The new drink menu includes:

Cucumber Basil Chili Margarita
Cucumber Chili Sauza Tequila, Lime Juice, Japanese Cucumber and Fresh Basil

Jalapeño Ginger Margarita
Jalapeño Infused Tequila, Fresh Shaved Ginger, Cointreau and Lime Juice.

The Stetle
Bulleit Bourbon, Grilled Peach and Madagascar Vanilla Bean

Watermelon Cucumber Margarita
Watermelon Infused Altos Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice and Agave

On special during the event will be $6.00 margaritas, $4.00 draft beers and $6.00 appetizers (at the bar only).
