In late February MoreThanTheCurve.com reported that Brunch had stopped using plastic straws and replaced them with a paper version. Today, Pieri Restaurant Group, which owns The StoneRose, Bar Lucca and Cerdo, announced that it is also no longer using plastic straws. The three restaurants have also been able to reduce the use of plastic by 80% of its to-go packaging.
