During the games, athletes competed in Olympic-style competitions, such as track and field, swimming, basketball and more. Team Philadelphia dominated, bringing back to the region an impressive 150 medals (69 gold, 43 silver and 38 bronze).

The Conshohocken residents that competed were:

  • Robert Supplee (pictured left) received a kidney transplant in 2005. He earned a gold medal in discus and in shotput.
  • Jennifer Ray (pictured center) received a heart transplant in 2003.  She won a gold medal in cornhole.
  • Trevin Ray (pictured right) received a pancreas transplant in 2008. Trevin won gold in team golf and silver in golf singles.

Jennifer and Trevin met at the World Transplant Games in 2013, fell and love, and got married!
