Two proposed developments on East Hector and East Elm on agenda for Conshohocken’s Borough Council

During the September 2nd meeting of Conshohocken’s Borough Council, two proposed residential developments will be on the agenda.

The first involves the property at 541 East Hector Street. Craft Custom Homes completed the zoning process in 2018 and now is seeking a conditional use and preliminary/final land development from Borough Council. You can view renderings and learn more about this proposal here. The rendering at the top of the article is of this development.

The second proposal is something new and involves 261-263 East Elm Street. That is the property at the corner of East Elm and Poplar that is home to Prime Intensity Training and several other businesses.

Craft Custom Homes will be making a sketch plan presentation. We are told that the proposal purposes to redevelop the property as a residential development.

The meeting of the Borough Council is at 7:00 p.m. While the members of the council will meet in person, the public will be required to view/participate in the meeting online. You can find details on how to participate/view here.

Correction – the address for the 261-263 property was corrected to East Elm, from East Hector.
