Update from the owner of The Fulton in Conshohocken, which was just listed for sale

As we mentioned in the initial article about The Fulton in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) being listed for sale, we reached out to the owner, Evan Lambert, who promised us a statement. He was traveling and could not immediately respond.

Below is what he shared with MoreThanTheCurve.com:

THE FULTON UPDATE: We sincerely thank everyone who supported The Fulton and helped make our first six months such a success.

From the beginning, our plan was to open with indoor dining first to learn the market, establish the business, and then expand with outdoor seating and a deck. We believed that was the smartest and most responsible strategy for the restaurant’s long-term success.

During the colder winter months, we temporarily closed to pursue those outdoor improvements. Due to the restaurant’s success, significant property improvements, great reviews and community support, we began receiving unsolicited offers from experienced restaurateurs.

Ownership decided to pause the deck project while we thoughtfully explore those opportunities.

If those discussions do not materialize into the right fit, our intention would be to reopen and continue building on what was an incredibly encouraging start.

Most importantly, we wanted to communicate directly with the community so everyone understands what is happening. We are deeply grateful for the support, enthusiasm, and business you gave us during our first six months, and we look forward to sharing what comes next.
