Update on power outages in Plymouth and Whitemarsh – as of 4:00 p.m.

PECO continues to cut the number of power outages that resulted from the storm that passed through Montgomery County on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday evening the number of outages in the county totaled almost 47,000. By Thursday morning that number was reduced to 14,687 and as of now (Thursday at 4:00 p.m.), the number of outages is at 7,001.

Locally, the numbers are as follows:

Borough of Conshohocken
Currently, there are zero. This is down from less than five this morning (which is down from 23 the prior evening)

Plymouth Township
Currently, there are 104. This is down from 345 this morning (which is down from 1,056 the prior evening)

Whitemarsh Township
Currently, there are 845. This is down from 1,186 this morning (which is down from 1,596 the prior evening)

There are too many outages to go through each one, but we clicked through the map and most have a projected restoration time of no later than 11:00 p.m. on Thursday night or by 3:00 p.m. on July 23rd However, there are a few that are still listed as “pending assessment”.
