We have mentioned The Lafayette Street Project a couple times in stories involving traffic in Conshohocken. Today we finally saw a map (above) that cleared up what the “abandonment of Conshohocken Road” actually means.

Basically what is going to happen is that Conshohocken Road will turn into Diamond Avenue when you reach the turnpike overpass. Diamond Avenue will provide drivers access to Ridge Pike.
