Back in May we reported that Mission BBQ would be opening a restaurant in Plymouth Meeting. Now we can share with you more details. The Philadelphia Business Journal reports:

Mission BBQ will open at 601 W. Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting, taking over the space vacated by Houlihan’s Restaurant & Bar, which closed in 2014 after 20 years in operation in order to shift its focus on other markets.

Construction should start around October, with a slated opening in the first week of February next year, according to Chris Blythe, director of operations for the Greater Philadelphia area, including northern Delaware.

Mission BBQ is also posting job openings for its future Plymouth Meeting restaurant.
