Earlier today we stopped by the construction sites of two adjacent apartment buildings along the riverfront in Conshohocken. Both are located just above the Matsonford Bridge.

Pictured at the top is the 426,000 square foot apartment community that will be known as Matson Mill. When completed it will be a four-story residential apartment building with 276 units and a parking podium with 310 parking spots. It is scheduled to be completed in June of 2022.

Between the bridge and Matson Mill will be The Birch at 51 Washington. This apartment community will be five stories, have 304 units and 366 parking spaces. It is projected to be completed in the fall of 2022.

While these two apartment communities are under construction, SEPTA has also started the construction of a new train station and crossing at Oak Street.
