The 2025 edition of the Conshohocken Winter Market, presented by Cencora and hosted at Hotel West & Main’s Plaza at SORA West, is set to return on December 5-7 and December 12-14.

The market features over 25 vendors each weekend, live holiday music, character appearances, and seasonal cocktails and more from Hotel West & Main’s 1874 Social. The market takes place inside a 50′ x 90′ heated tent.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please complete this form. Please note that all vendors must be able to provide three insurance certificates naming the property owners and the event as additional insured parties.

If you have vended in the past, you do not need to complete this form and will be contacted directly.

At this time, all baked goods/dessert slots are filled (unless it is something holiday-oriented and very niche). We have also filled the alcohol and sports merch slots.
