Whitemarsh Township has announced that effective as of July 29th, the collection of trash, recycling, and yard waste will start at 6:00 a.m. This schedule will be in effect through September 7th. Those who have their trash collected by Mascaro (the township’s contractor) should have their trash out prior to 6:00 a.m.

According to the notice, the change was made to give the workers cooler hours to operate and to expedite collection.
