Why do you like to live in Conshohocken?

The reasons are plentiful, but let me highlight a few.  We all know the location is phenomenal, 20 minutes to the city, no city wage tax, bike trail, regional rail, shopping.  It seems like the list could go on forever, but let’s not forget about the community feel and the citizens that help forge that great feeling around town.

On the location side of things, what more could you ask for?  You have easy access to both the city and the suburbs.  The convenience is great to hop in the car and head downtown for dinner and drinks.  Or if it is more drinks than dinner, take the regional rail or a taxi.  Not to mention, the ease of getting on the PA Turnpike, Northeast Extension, 202, or what seems like any major roadway in the area.

The shops and restaurants in the borough are great.  You have such a wide variety of places to eat or shop.  Just take a stroll down Fayette.  Whether it is for some wings and a football game or to relax over a fine bottle wine at one of the premier restaurants in the area, Conshy has you covered.   And when the weather breaks, you can easily walk to all these establishments and really enjoy the Borough.

The bike trail is wonderful as well.  It makes a great place to exercise or just enjoy some beautiful weather.  If you’re feeling adventurous, take the path all the way to Center City or Green Lane Park.  You can enjoy biking, walking, running, rollerblading, or casual stroll with your favorite dog.

These are just a few of the many reasons as to why Conshy is such a great place to live.  From the real estate perspective, it is easy to see why values continue to rise.  Even over the last few years when many real estate markets fell apart, Conshohocken was able to maintain a solid footing.  As they say; location, location, location and it is hard to find a better one than Conshohocken.

Why do you think Conshohocken is a great place to live?
