Wren Kitchens, part of a United Kingdom-based company, announced on April 24th that it has ceased operations in the United States. The company opened a showroom at the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) in February 2025.

Within the Plymouth Square Shopping Center, Wren filled the space that had long been home to Rite Aid between REI and Weis Markets. Rite Aid closed in 2023.

Wren launched operations in the United States in 2000, with a showroom in Connecticut. It had grown to 15 showrooms and several smaller design studios.

A WARN notice has not yet been uploaded to the website of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. These notices provide details such as how many employees are impacted.
