Yesterday, MoreThanTheCurve.com reported that a judge sided with Conshohocken’s Borough Council in its appeal of a decision by Conshohocken’s Zoning Hearing Board that invalidated an ordinance passed by council in 2017. The ordinance altered Conshohocken’s zoning code and would have allowed a Wawa with gas pumps on the 1100 block of Fayette Street.

We reached out to attorney Kate Harper who represents the neighbors who oppose the ordinance. She confirmed that the neighbors will appeal the judge’s decision.
