  4. Trattoria Totaro is welcoming Guest Chef Doug Runyen to the BYOB on Sunday, March 28th. Runyen is the former owner and chef of the award-winning Fayette Street Grille in Conshohocken (which he sold a few years ago and continues under new ownership). 

    The menu for the night will include some of Runyen's signature dishes. The owner of Trattoria Totaro, Vince Totaro, will also be on-hand to debate with Runyen on who stole the recipe for the Nuts & Berries Salad from who.
