Four neighboring property owners to the site that Conshohocken’s Borough Council voted by a vote of four to three to amend the zoning to allow a “Super” Wawa have filed a land use appeal in the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County.
The appeal (read in full here) details on how the property owners believe Borough Council violated the Municipal Planning Code and the Borough of Conshobocken’s Zoning Code.
The exhibits can be found here (A, B, C, D).
More to come.
