YIMBY Philadelphia, a pro-development real estate news website, recently had an article about Conshohocken that focused on the apartment community that is about to be constructed at 400 West Elm Street.

MoreThanTheCurve.com has reported on this apartment community extensively and we are not writing this article to share any new information.

We do however feel our readers will find it interesting how a pro-development outsider (the author went to Temple University, but now appears to live in New York City) describes Conshohocken and how the apartment community (which will be Conshohocken’s tallest residential building) fits within the town.
