Colleen Wood Fitness began three years ago in West Conshohocken after the birth of my first child, Rory. What started as a few outdoor group classes in 2020, turned into my own personal business, training women in my home gym and virtually. I am a local mom of two, who loves training other moms and moms-to-be!
I am a certified Pre and Postnatal Coach and am very passionate about fitness for women. I want you to feel confident and strong throughout your pregnancy, postpartum, and mom life, and avoid unnecessary aches and pains. I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself. Whether you are training 1:1 or in a group class, kids are always welcome! I want to help you prioritize yourself and your fitness. Group Strength Training (in-person)
Group training sessions are strength and conditioning focused to help you prepare for and navigate mom life with ease. Perfect for moms and moms-to-be. Don’t worry about finding childcare – you can bring your kid(s) with you!
