How did you come to live and/or work in Conshohocken?

I was born and raised in Conshohocken.  I went to grade school at Harvey S. Walker until the 5th grade, Spring Mill Elementary for 6th grade, Whitemarsh Jr. High for 7th, 8th and 9th grades and graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh Sr. High in 1980.  By the time I graduated high school I already had four years in the fire service.

What do you do (career wise)?

Out of high school I went into the printing industry. I started with a label company and moved to a small offset shop, followed by a printing equipment  manufacturer where I was a field service technician/customer service representative.

I am currently a Technical Service Representative for Hale Pump Co. in Conshohocken and have been a member of the Conshohocken Fire Department since 1976.  I currently serve as a Deputy Chief and Emergency Management Coordinator for the fire department.

What do you love most about Conshohocken?

It’s my Home Town.  That’s all I have to say about that (note the Forrest Gump reference)
