Conshohocken man sentenced to three to six years in jail after March 2025 assault of two women

In 2025, MoreThanTheCurve.com reported on the arrest of two borough residents, 36-year-old Demitria Miller and 18-year-old Kharee Davis, by the Conshohocken Police Department on charges involving aggravated assault, simple assault, corruption of minors, and related charges. Three minors were also arrested on similar charges. The charges stemmed from what police refer to in court records as a “brutal assault” on two victims along Fayette Street on March 15, 2025. You can find a previous article on the investigation here.

On July 7, 2026, Carl Hessler, Jr., who reports from the Montgomery County Courthouse for The Times Herald, tweeted that the now 19-year-old Kharee Davis was sentenced to three to six years in prison. Hessler asked Davis for his thoughts as he was led out of the courtroom, and Davis responded that it was “bullshit” and that “I would do what I did again.”

We are working to find out the status of Demitria Miller. Court records involving her case have not been updated since June 2025.
