As MoreThanTheCurve.com reported, Conshohocken’s Borough Council created a task force to develop a zoning overlay along Fayette Street to encourage new uses and redevelopment. The task force drafted an ordinance that would amend the zoning code and the council held a hearing about the proposed ordinance on February 7t. The proposed ordinance is now on the February 21st agenda to be considered for adoption.
