CM Real Estate Partners, LP, Coyote Crossing, is going before the Zoning Board tonight to request a Special Exception for expansion of a non-conforming use under the terms of the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance 27-703. Based on the official notice, “The Petiitioner proposes to expand the existing building to relocate the bar and enclose existing seating.”
A source tells us that they want to expand the building to provide a larger bar area.
