Event – Terrapin Beer Dinner at Southern Cross Kitchen


Southern Cross Kitchen is teaming up with Terrapin, a Georgia-based brewer, for a special beer dinner on Tuesday, April 16th at 7:30 p.m. The four course special menu and pairings are as follows:

First Course
Arugula & Scallop Salad
Fennel, grape tomatoes, scallions, oranges, fried goat cheese tossed in an orange vinaigrette
Paired with Monk’s Revenge, Imperial Belgian IPA, ABV 9.8%

Second Course
Crawfish Jambalaya
A Creole classic with crawfish, andouille sausage, rice and vegetables in aspicy red sauce
Paired with Mosaic, Red Rye Ale, ABV 6.6%

Third Course
Crispy Pork Belly
Pork belly with creamy jalapeno grits with gastrique
Paired with Twilight Road Warrior, Kolsch, ABV 5.1%

Fourth Course
Mini Wake-n-Bake Cupcakes
Chocolate cupcakes cooked with Wake-n-Bake topped with a cream cheese frosting
Paired with Wake-n-Bake, Coffee Oatmeal Stout, ABV 8.6%
