Vision + Fitness and L.O.V.E. are offering five new classes at their neighboring Conshohocken locations, plus a special offer of $14 for a 14-day trial of unlimited classes and access to the infrared sauna.

VISION FIGHTS

VISION FIGHTS is a high-energy boxing class developed by South Philly boxer Stefan Thompson, featuring stations that each focus on a signature move from boxing legends like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and Rocky Marciano. This class offers a full-body workout that enhances cardiovascular health, builds strength, and improves coordination, all while providing a powerful stress-relief and mental focus boost. You’ll train with techniques that pay homage to these iconic fighters, making each session both challenging and inspiring. Join us to channel the spirit of the greatest boxers and elevate your fitness game.


Classes on Mondays at noon, Wednesdays at 420 p.m. and 530 p.m., Thursdays at noon, and Saturdays at 1030 a.m.


HOT Pilates

HOT Pilates on your mat is a high-intensity workout in a heated room of 98 to 105 degrees, combining powerful Pilates movements that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. With carefully crafted sequences, this class focuses on toning and lengthening muscles while pushing your body to new limits in a heated environment. Under expert guidance, you’ll work through a series of postures and positions that create controlled tension, intensifying each movement to maximize results. Expect a total-body workout that leaves you feeling revitalized, empowered, and craving more.


Classes on Tuesdays at 6:55 a.m. and 5:40 p.m., Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m., Thursdays at 5:40 p.m., and Saturdays at 9:15 a.m.


HOT SCULPT

HOT Sculpt is a low-impact, high-intensity class held in a heated room of 98 degrees and above, designed to build endurance, strength, and flexibility. You’ll combine barre-inspired isometric movements with dynamic sculpting exercises, creating a challenging workout that targets every muscle group. The heat intensifies each movement, maximizing calorie burn and muscle engagement while enhancing your flexibility and mental focus. Get ready to feel the burn, embrace the shake, and leave each session stronger and more energized.


Classes on Thursdays at 7:15 a.m., Fridays at 5:50 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., and Sundays at 8:20 a.m.


HEATBEAT

HEATBEAT is a high-energy dance fitness class set in a warm room at 85 degrees led by the one and only Ariel Simone, designed to elevate your heart rate and boost cardio endurance while you groove to hip hop, pop, and international dance music. Move through dynamic choreographies that feel like a dance party, leaving you energized, upbeat, and sweat-soaked. With options for all levels, this class combines fun with fitness for an exhilarating workout experience. Bring water and grippy socks, and get ready to join the ultimate music-fueled dance party!
