The house at 124 West 3rd Avenue in Conshohocken was recently listed for sale for $1,095,000. In 2020, the property was sold for $336,000 to Afrim Sula and Mario Kallabani, who renovated the existing house and sought zoning relief in 2023 to construct a new home on the adjacent lot (126 West 3rd Avenue), which they purchased for $94,000 (we are working on getting the zoning decision to determine if relief was granted). The properties were marketed as a redevelopment opportunity when they were sold in 2020.
