On Thursday July 26th four parks in Conshohocken will be treated with chemicals to help control the mosquito population, weather permitting. The four parks are:

• Sutcliffe Park
• Haines and Salvati Memorial Park
• 2nd Avenue Meadows
• Aubrey Collins Memorial Park

Conshohocken-based Chemical Exterminating will complete all treatments. The treatments will start at Sutcliffe Park in the early morning, with the other parks being completed throughout the day. Signs will be placed at each park 48 hours prior to treatment.

The Borough’s notice states that “It is advised that the public exercise caution and avoid the areas that have been treated for two (2) hours while chemicals dry, especially when the exterminator is on site.”
