New Workshops at Sol Yoga Studio

Dynamic Flow and Restore
Leave your expectations at the door and let your creativity flow with this 90 minute vinyasa flow. Then sink in and restore with a 30 minute yin practice that works deep into the hips. Enjoy unfamiliar transitions and challenge yourself to stay open-minded and playful throughout the sequence. Bring 1-2 towels to allow you get deeper during the restorative postures. All levels welcome!

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow
Candlelight Flow is a creative, steady-paced Vinyasa style class in a heated, candlelit room. Great for the slightly knowledgeable yoga practitioner yet challenging for the experienced yogi. This class will help you improve your flexibility, build strength and clear your head. This class will have some cardiovascular workout moments, but the key is to find your own pace. We encourage you to try new poses and find the modifications that work for you. Not to mention, the dim lighting, candles and the music will take you to the next level of peace and serenity!

Power 2 Hour
In yoga, the pose begins when you want to leave it. Take your practice to the next level with this powerful 2 hour class with Jan. Come with an open mind and forget that you’ve only practiced for 60 or 75 minutes. Tell yourself you CAN do 120 minutes knowing that you will feel amazing when finished. Plus, we all know that time flies when you are having fun, right?

2 Hour Flow
Join Alexis for a 2 hour flow and play class where you will learn proper alignment from the most basic of the power postures through arm balances and inversions. We will work through the power vinyasa flow taking time for proper alignment while building heat to prepare our bodies to play! Building strength and flexibility are the core components in the arm balance and inversion series of power yoga. Come prepared to work hard, sweat, learn new things and most importantly have fun with your fellow yogis while doing so. No arm balance/inversion experience needed. All levels welcome.
