As you may have heard, Mike Gerber is not running again to be State Representative.  Thus his local office at 529 Fayette Street is up for rent.  This is a great space on the same block as the Conshohocken Cafe, Scoops, OBVI and Ponti’s.  A retail business could really enhance this block.

You would think that whoever wins the next election would just take over the lease.  However, a freshman State Representative does not have the same office budget as one with seniority.
