Wondering what they are building across from Panera on Ridge Pike?  It is going to be a multi-story apartment building for senior citizens called Whitemarsh Villas.  According to an article in the Times Herald from 2012:

The villas will consist of 62 different units, varying mostly between one bedroom and two bedroom units costing anywhere from $890-$1100. The housing will have a 15-year regulatory agreement restricting the property for senior tenants only, mostly for those on a fixed income such as social security.
