The Colonial and Upper Merion school districts have announced that schools will be closed on Monday, January 6th, due to the forecast for snow.

From the Colonial School District:

Due to forecasted weather conditions, Colonial School District schools will be closed Monday, Jan. 6. Tomorrow will be a traditional snow day with no virtual instruction. Stay safe and warm!

From the Upper Merion School District:

District administration is closely monitoring a storm forecasted to create hazardous driving conditions in our area tomorrow, Monday, January 6, 2025. According to multiple sources, the expected weather may impact both the morning and evening commutes. After careful consideration of all factors, the administration has decided, out of an abundance of caution, to close all schools and offices tomorrow.
