The Spring Mill Cafe in Conshohocken is celebrating its 45th anniversary in 2023. The French BYOB was started by Michele Haines in 1978 and is today run by her son Ezra. It is the longest-running restaurant in the Conshohocken area.

The restaurant is located at 164 Barren Hill Road in a building that dates back to 1831 and first served as a general store and post office.
