The Biscuit Lady in Roxborough is preparing to open a location in Plymouth Meeting (in the former home of Bryn & Dane’s) and was featured this week on 6ABC Action News. Plymouth Meeting also happens to be the home of Tara Torrence, the lady behind the biscuits.
