In its second quarter report, PREIT, the owner of the Plymouth Meeting Mall, announced that it has signed three leases for space within the former Macy’s. From the report:

At Plymouth Meeting Mall, we have three leases comprising 137,000 square feet executed to replace our final available Macy’s box with two additional leases being negotiated.

In a previous article, MoreThanTheCurve.com report that the former Macy’s space was being redeveloped to include six units. Four are targeted for retail and two for restaurants.

The tenants that have signed leases have not yet been announced.
