Tone Zone Introduces Kettle Core

Tone Zone now offers Kettle Core, a 30-minute kettlebell class on Wednesday evenings at 5:45 p.m. Kettlebell training is a fast-paced, fat-burning, high-intensity power endurance workout that combines both strength movements and explosive power endurance movements.
