#My1stConcertWas Leon Russell in Conshohocken, PA on 8/9/71 (at the A Field). It was a free show put on by Philadelphia radio station WIBG. Opening act was Mary McCreary. I was only 11 and didn’t quite know what was going on. Heckuva show, AND, the first time I ever smelled pot.
