Barren Hill Tavern & Brewery is celebrating Black Friday with two collaborative beers, Saison Sauvage (Oxbow/Barren Hill Collaboration) and Rye Mental Health (Free Will/ Barren Hill Collaboration). Saison Sauvage is an Imperial Saison with Wild Yeast aged in Chardonney Barrels for 18 months. Rye Mental Health is a Belgian Strong Dark aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels for 11 months.

Barren Hill will be offering a cheese plate paired with a beer flight featuring four different collaborative beers. The pairings are as folliows:

• Saison Sauvage – Wild Imperial Saison with Oxbow Brewing – Aged Gouda
• Temporada de Negro – Black Saison with Coronado Brewing – Gorgonzola Dolce
• Gingerbread Jesus – Spice Belgian Dubble with Father Kirk of St Timothy’s Episcopal Church – Valdeon
• Mental Health Day Whiskey – Whiskey Aged Belgian Dark Ale – English Cheddar
