The “Best of Philly” edition of Philadelphia magazine came out recently and Conshohocken’s Tradestone Cafe was recognized for having the “Best Turkey Sandwich.” The magazine writes:

What happens when you turn a chef as detailed-obsessed as Chip Roman loose on a sandwich? A buoyant pretzel roll baked on-site with Yuengling and sea salt, house-roasted turkey breast that is sliced as thin as prosciutto, and mayo spiced with French pepper.

Two of Roman’s other restaurants, outside of Conshy, were also recognized. The Treemont was recognized for “Best Fish” and Ela for “Best Cocktail”.
