Aroma on Ford, a new restaurant coming to 101 Ford Street in West Conshohocken, has employment ads on Indeed and other job websites. The job posts describe the future restaurant as “An elevated Italian dining experience” and states it will be opening soon.
The property was sold in September for $970,000 by an entity associated with Michael Sloane, the owner of Catch 101, to 101 Ford, LLC, which is tied to the Broomall address of an energy company Park Power, which is owned by Gary DeSanto. The Park Power website describes DeSanto as a “true entrepreneur and no stranger to success. He has served as principal and CEO of his family business, the DeSanto Realty Group for over 20 years, building a real estate portfolio of over $300 million in property located throughout the United States.”
Aroma on Ford will be the second restaurant from Chef Antonio Cardillo. The chef and a business parter also own Aroma on 3rd in Philadelphia.
