How does the Colonial School District stack up against other districts across Pennsylvania when it comes to standardized tests?

An article in today’s Philadelphia Business Journal has the rankings. The rankings were compiled as follows:

The Pittsburgh Business Times, a sister publication of the Philadelphia Business Journal, compiles its list ranking nearly 500 school districts across the state based on their students’ scores on the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment and the Keystone Exams. Statewide tests were canceled in 2020 and with many waivers granted to students in the past two years for the Keystone Exams, this year’s rankings only included Keystone scores from 2018 and 2019. Data from PSSA tests in 2018, 2019 and 2021 were included as well.

The Colonial School District ranked 30th. Coming in first was Upper St. Clair School District in Alleghany County. Other local districts of note were Tredyffrin-Easttown (2nd), Lower Merion (5th), Radnor (6th), Upper Dublin (14th), Wissahickon (20th), and Spring-Ford Area (28th). Upper Merion and Norristown weren’t among the Top 50 and the entire list is behind a paywall.
