Dish of the Week l Crispy Salmon l Dishez

This week’s Dish of the Week is the Crispy Salmon from Dishez. This crispy salmon entrée is served with hollandaise sauce, mushroom risotto and pickled cippolini onions. It makes the perfect light summer dinner.

Dishez just opened this past March at 551 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill. It offers tasty American cuisine with a French flair. The owners, Peter and Renee Liccio, also own the nearby Market of Lafayette Hill and Knishes & Dishes as well.

Dishez has a wide variety of soups and salads, appetizers, short rib burgers and entrees to choose from. Start your meal with a basket of truffle fries, a chef hand-selected cheese board or a seasonal salad. In addition to the crispy salmon, the braised short ribs entrée and the strip steak entrée are two other customer favorites. Don’t forget to bring your favorite wine or beer with you to lunch or dinner since Dishes is BYOB!
