• Shrimp and crab tossed with fettuccini in a saffron infused lobster sauce, finished with roasted tomatoes, sweet corn, and chives.
• 6oz Dry aged filet, roasted shallot, cabernet reduction, 5oz main lobster tail, with a chardonnay truffle butter, whipped potatoes, and baby carrots.
• Beer poached jumbo shrimp, wasabi cocktail sauce.
• Flourless chocolate cake, ancho chili vanilla crème anglaise, brandied cherries, caramelized white chocolate pecan crumble.
