Federal Donuts & Chicken is opening a location at the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). If you aren’t familiar, the restaurant offers a menu of donuts, fried chicken, and coffee.

The site map of the Brixmor-owned shopping center was recently updated to show that Federal Donuts will be located within a former Sprint store next to Saladworks. No timeline on when it will open is offered.

Federal Donuts & Chicken was founded in Philadelphia in 2011 by a group of five that included James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook. There are currently five locations, plus one that only offers coffee and donuts inside the Whole Foods Market in Wynnewood. There are also locations located inside Citizens Bank Park and the Wells Fargo Center that are only open for events.

In 2023, it was reported that the company had received capital for expansion and a location in Las Vegas was announced for 2024.
