Almost 300,000 accounts are without power this morning in the Philadelphia, including 33% of accounts in Montgomery County. In Conshohocken there are 633 out of 5,321 accounts without power. In Plymouth Township there are 2,105 accounts without power out of a total of 7,873. There are less than five accounts out in West Conshohocken. 50% of accounts are out in Whitemarsh (3,827 out of 7,689).
