Tara Gorney (D), who was a true incumbent, ran to fill a two-year term resulting from one of the resignations.

Filling the other two seats on the board are Stephen Blumenthal (D) and Tori Conicello-Emery (D). All members of West Conshohocken’s Borough Council serve in an at-large basis. The mayor is Danelle Fournier (D).

The council members elected Stephen Blumenthal and Tara Gorney to continue to serve as the council’s president and vice-president.
